1. About Masar and these terms

Masar is a sports platform connecting athletes, coaches, strength and conditioning professionals, nutritionists, physiotherapists, sports organizations, and federations. These terms govern use of the Masar website and mobile application, including account registration, profiles, sports content, events, and community features that are available to you.

Masar may review submissions and approve, reject, or request corrections. A verification indicator reflects the platform's review process; it is not a guarantee of competence, safety, regulatory licensing, or suitability. Users should independently verify professional credentials and organizational claims before relying on them.

4. User content and visibility

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Masar a non-exclusive permission to host, reproduce, format, and display that content as needed to operate the service and apply your available visibility settings. Upload only content you own or have permission to use, including images of other people. Do not upload confidential documents into public profile, news, gallery, or community areas.

5. Acceptable use and community safety

Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, distribute unlawful or sexually exploitative content, mislead others, infringe intellectual property, disclose private information without authorization, send spam, or interfere with platform security. Do not scrape personal information or bypass access controls. Report suspected abuse using available reporting tools or the support contact.

Masar may investigate reports, restrict content or account access, or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or enforcement of these terms. Where appropriate and permitted, users may contact support to request a review of a moderation decision.

6. Sports activities and professional services

Sports and exercise involve risks. Profile information, posts, and community discussions are not individualized medical advice. Seek appropriate qualified advice before beginning training or acting on health or nutrition information. Masar does not guarantee selection, employment, performance outcomes, event participation, or professional results.

Unless a specific offer expressly states otherwise, arrangements with other users, professionals, organizations, or event organizers are between you and those parties. Any paid offering must disclose its price and applicable payment, cancellation, and refund terms before purchase; these terms do not create an undisclosed payment obligation.

7. Privacy and communications
